(Chargeback Protection Policy)

By purchasing from Nami Co., you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

No Refund Policy (Agreement Required)

All purchases made with Nami Co. are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We offer exchanges only for eligible items in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By placing an order with Nami Co., you agree:

• Not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us

• That initiating a chargeback after agreeing to our policies is a violation of this agreement

• That you forfeit the right to a refund if you attempt to bypass our policy through your bank

Any fraudulent chargebacks will be vigorously disputed with the following evidence:

• Order confirmation

• Tracking and delivery confirmation

• IP address and customer verification

• Agreement to our policies at checkout

Policy Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have:

• Read and agreed to our Shipping Policy

• Read and agreed to our Return & Exchange Policy

• Understood that all sales are final (no refunds)

This agreement is enforced and applies to all transactions.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered:

• Nami Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

• Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly

Delivery confirmation serves as proof of fulfillment

Product Integrity & Use

Due to the nature of our products:

• All items are considered personal use goods

• Any signs of use, alteration, or tampering void eligibility for exchange

• We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet our standards

Fraud Prevention

Nami Co. reserves the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud

• Request additional verification for high-risk orders

• Block customers who abuse policies or file unjustified disputes

Legal Agreement

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
