We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.




Exchanges Only


We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

Hair must remain in its original packaging

Zip ties, bands, and labels must not be cut or removed

The item must be free of odors, products, or any signs of wear



Exchange Request Window


You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.


Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Non-Eligible Items


For hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept exchanges on:

Used or installed hair

Altered, colored, or washed products

Items with removed packaging or ties

Sale or promotional items




Exchange Process


Once your exchange is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval

After inspection, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days




Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.




Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless it was a mistake made by us
