We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
Exchanges Only
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
• Hair must remain in its original packaging
• Zip ties, bands, and labels must not be cut or removed
• The item must be free of odors, products, or any signs of wear
Exchange Request Window
You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product in its original condition
Non-Eligible Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept exchanges on:
• Used or installed hair
• Altered, colored, or washed products
• Items with removed packaging or ties
• Sale or promotional items
Exchange Process
Once your exchange is approved:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be shipped back within 3 days of approval
• After inspection, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.
Shipping Fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless it was a mistake made by us
